This project is a rejuvenation of the existing multi-storey food court complex at Jalan Rotan, Kuala Lumpur. It will house Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur's Cultural Unit (dance and music).
Ground floor and part of first floor will be remain as food court. The other part of first floor, second floor and third floor will be refurbished for use as music studios, dance studios, costume room, make up room and offices.
